Due to Covid restrictions, there are a limited number of tickets sold online. Online purchase is available up to one (1) hour before the event begins. If tickets are still available within one (1) hour prior to the start time, they will be sold onsite. please visit us in person. Tickets are not guaranteed, we recommend you purchase your tickets ahead of time.



Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 



If you are unable to use your tickets, they may be returned for a tax-deductible donation prior to the event. Donations can be made by emailing info@blackrockcenter.org. Within 30 days, BlackRock will send a written acknowledgment of the donation in the amount of the face value of your tickets, less ticket processing fees.



If this event is canceled due to unforeseeable/natural causes, BlackRock will make every effort to reschedule the event. If a new event date is unable to be scheduled, a credit of the ticket price will be available through the box office for 30 days after the originally scheduled event date. Patrons who are unable to attend the rescheduled date(s) may request a credit via email at info@blackrockcenter.org before the rescheduled event date. Requests made after the rescheduled date will not be honored. 



Following the purchase of your tickets online, you will receive your confirmation email via the email address you provided. Please review carefully, as it will provide you with important information about retrieving your ETICKET(s). If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam and junks folders and/or contact us directly to confirm your ticket purchase was successful - info@blackrockcenter.org. Patrons will not be admitted into the event without their ETICKET.



Families/groups should arrive and enter the event together. If a member of your group is arriving later, they should be prepared with their ETICKET (on a mobile device) or print their ETICKET ahead of time. Patrons may arrive 30-minutes before the start of the event (arrive @ 8:00 PM; film starting @ 8:30 PM). Please have your ETICKET(s) ready either on your mobile device or you can print them out beforehand. We will scan your ETICKET at the entrance into the event (southwest entrance, closest to Safeway). Patrons will not be admitted into the event without their ETICKET.



BlackRock Center for the Arts does not provide traditional seating for its outdoor summer series. Patrons are invited to bring their own chairs and blankets – find a space 6’ from another group and make yourself at home! The seating location is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note: BlackRock reserves the right to ask those with larger chairs to change seating locations so as to allow a comfortable viewing experience for all patrons.



Outside food is permitted, and we encourage you to enjoy our neighboring restaurants. However, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted upon entry into the event. BlackRock concessions will be available starting at 8:00 PM, including packaged snacks, popcorn, non-alcoholic beverages (water, juices, and soda), and alcoholic beverages (wine and beer) for purchase. Cash and credit card are accepted forms of payment. We require ID for any purchases of alcohol.



Complimentary parking is available in BlackRock’s parking lot (north side of the building). If you choose to park on the street side or in the parking lots surrounding BlackRock, parking is at your discretion.  



Patrons will be required to follow all COVID-19 safety protocols as set by Blackrock and local & state regulations; safety protocols include, but not limited to: proper social distancing, face-masks for all patrons over 3yo while away from their “pods”, temperature checks, and contact tracing information. Hand sanitizing stations will be available at various locations on the outdoor lawn. BlackRock reserves the right to change its COVID-19 protocols as more information becomes available. Indoor public restrooms will be made available to patrons. Everyone is expected to wear their mask and maintain social distancing. Anyone under the age of 13 is required to be accompanied by an adult.
