The 4th Annual Lil' Pumpkin Festival at BlackRock Center for the Arts offers the Upcounty community a fun, free, and safe way to enjoy all kinds of spooky fall festivities.
Activities from 12 PM – 4 PM include a bouncy house, trick-or-treating, lil' pumpkin painting, costume parades, spooky dance parties, an Artisan's Market, and a biergarten for the parents! You also won't want to miss the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's Music Box Concerts.
This year, we are thrilled to welcome the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce's Business Expo, as well as Taste of Germantown!
The day will conclude with a free outdoor screening of the fun family film, Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie at sundown (approximately 6:30pm).
This year's festival will be bigger than ever - don't miss out on a day of Halloween fun!

12:30 PM - 4:15 PM: Hourly Spooky Dance Parties
Calling all lil' pumpkins, astronauts, witches, superheroes, and beyond! Join us for hourly Spooky Dance Parties in our decked-out BlackBox.
*Please note: Strobe lighting and fog will be used during the first three dance parties. The fourth dance party at 3:30 PM will be sensory-friendly.

GGCC's Business EXPO and Taste of Germantown will be part of the fun! B2B and B2C businesses are invited to set up at the event to engage with the community, meet potential new customers, and have a fun day at BlackRock! Registration through GGCC is required.

Don your favorite costume and get ready to strut your stuff on our Outdoor Stage in one of our hourly costume parades!
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Artisans Market
With your favorite vendors who specialize in hand-crafted goods, jewelry, candles, and more, you can join us monthly for your handmade fix. Artisan's Markets will also feature local crafters and artists.

Polter-Heist? That's right. The spelling isn't wrong. This is a show where everyone is trying to heist something--including stealing a ghost!
A Taste For Murder Productions offers interactive mystery performances for all ages. Brush up on your detective skills as you help solve the perfect crime, and be treated to a delicious dessert in return!
