MoCo Council Highlights One Year of Hub

A year ago, Grace Rivera-Oven, with the help of her family, volunteers, contributions from donors and the support of Montgomery County, started the county's first consolidated services hub, which currently operates at the BlackRock Center for the Arts, to help those struggling due to the pandemic.
