About the Artist​

DJ Dredd is all about making ​people dance. His genre-bending style of mixing and uncanny ability to turn any venue into the best party in town has become his trademark which in turn has allowed him to attract a following of people just as diverse as his vast vinyl collection. Both a student and teacher of music, he views his craft as a form of storytelling—carefully curating and mixing each song to create a memorable narrative.

​The Washington Post calls DJ Dredd "Washington's foremost Princeologist,"—stating that no DJ in Washington is more associated with Prince's music. Dredd is the architect of the long-running Prince dance parties in DC that have spanned almost two decades.
