About the Event
The second annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at the BlackRock Center for the Arts offers the Upcounty community a free and safe way to enjoy a day of fun, festivities and celebrating Hispanic heritage. Activities from 12 PM to 10 PM. They include a street market, local artists, Latino-owned businesses, music, the Maryland Latino Legislative Caucus COVID-19 Community Heroes Awards ceremony, COCO screening, crafts, free activities, vendors, and more!

- Saturday at 5:30 PM | La Mafia del Guaguanco

As BlackRock continues to prioritize the health and safety of our visitors, staff, students and artists, it is required (until further notice) that anyone inside the building must wear a mask and anyone age 12+ must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
If you are unable to be vaccinated, you may provide proof of a PCR or Rapid COVID-19 antigen test taken within 48 hours of the performance prior to entering BlackRock Center for the Arts. At-home tests will not be accepted.
