  • Scholarships for the Performance Step class cover 75% of tuition fees. 

  • Scholarship Applications will be viewed, assessed, and awarded on a rolling basis once received. Applications must have all the required information completed and supporting documents submitted in order to be considered. Only completed applications will be considered.  

  • For families with more than one applicant, a form submission must be completed for each applicant and course. Once a scholarship is awarded, that scholarship cannot be used for any other person, even if they are in the same family.  

  • A new application must be filled out for the Performance Step class even if a participant received financial support in previous sessions.  

  • No scholarships will be accepted after the deadline of SUNDAY, APRIL 18, 2021. 


  • Once a scholarship has been awarded, the responsible party has two (2) business days to accept the offer. Any scholarships that are not accepted within the 2-day period will be granted to another applicant.  

  • Once accepted, the BlackRock Education Manager will contact each recipient to schedule payment. 

  • The remaining balance must be paid using a credit or debit card. Cash and/or checks are not accepted. The responsible party has the option to pay the balance in full or in two installments.  

  • The awarded scholarship must be used for the class(es) listed on the scholarship application. Scholarship awards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
