Twenty Years, Your Story Workshop

In the exhibition, Alonzo Davis’ art pays homage to the people, places, cultures, and historical events that have played a central role in his art practice and made his arrival at this moment in time possible. In the workshop, we will focus on the triangle or pyramid shape as a metaphor for the structures and foundations that represent the journey in our life. By using different art materials and techniques we will expand on how space and time influence memory as well as the unknown. Supplies are include in tuition! Participants should plan to bring memorabilia to incorporate to the workshop.
