SAMMY KRIMSTEIN
5 PM - Local Artist Highlight!
Singer. Songwriter. Musician. A sincere passion for his craft, along with a diverse musical taste helps to create the unique and soulful sound that is Sammy Krimstein. At 16-years-old, Sammy loves sharing his music with live audiences, and on many streaming platforms! He started playing guitar seven years ago and joined his first band when he was in third grade. He formed his current band called Karousel four years ago where he sings and plays lead guitar. The band won MoCo’s Got Talent and the Bach to Rock Battle of the Bands in 2019, and plays gigs throughout the region. Karousel was featured on the DMV Soundcheck segment on WUSA-TV in DC last year. Sammy has countless musical inspirations and plays songs from many different artists, including the Beatles, John Mayer, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Leon Bridges, and Otis Redding,…
