About the Event
NEEMA MEENA
5 PM - Local Artist Highlight!
Neema Meena is a 21 year old singer/actress. She is studying vocal performance at Wagner College. Performing has been a passion of hers since she was a young child. Her mother placed her in a dance class when she was in elementary school in hopes of curing her shyness and getting her out of her shell. When she first hit the stage she knew that was what she wanted to keep doing forever. She loves musical theatre and participated in every show she could in high school and in community theatre in the Maryland and DC area. She believes being able to tell a story through any art form is one of life's beautiful gifts.
STEFAN HEUER
6 PM - 8 PM
Stefan Heuer is a Breedlove Guitars artist residing in Annapolis, Maryland. Heuer blends elements of Motown, Soul, and R&B in his original and cover music. Having toured around the world under his own name for nearly 10 years, Stefan has built up an impressive musical resume. He has played on prestigious stages including Whisky A Go Go, Rams Head Live, and countless others.

LIVE @ The Rock is a FREE community outdoor event from 5 PM – 8 PM, every Friday night, from July 9 – August 27, 2021. Audiences are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair and/or blanket, purchase dinner from one of our many local restaurants, and enjoy various beverages and treats that are offered at the BlackRock bar and concessions.
This series is focused on highlighting local artists and offering a safe, enjoyable, and entertaining space for the community to come together, as we all get #Back2BlackRock.
