About the Event

The second annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at the BlackRock Center for the Arts offers the Upcounty community a free and safe way to enjoy a day of fun, festivities and celebrating Hispanic heritage. Activities from 12 PM to 10 PM. They include a street market, local artists, Latino-owned businesses, music, the Maryland Latino Legislative Caucus COVID-19 Community Heroes Awards ceremony, COCO screening, crafts, free activities, vendors, and more!

  • Saturday at 12:30 PM | De Colores Mexican Folk Dance Company
  • Saturday at 2:30 PM | Nora Reyes
  • Saturday at 5:30 PM | La Mafia del Guaguanco
  • Saturday at 8:00 PM | "COCO" Movie
