Wendy Kramer received her MFA for painting from the University of Maryland, where she studied with Richard Klank and David Driskell. In addition to her paintings, her works include mix-media, sculpture, drawings and installations. She has exhibited in New York City, Louisiana, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia and DC. As an educator, she's taught for the Charles County Schools arts programs, The Levine School, Black Rock Center for the Arts, and Rockville Arts Center. Ms. Kramer specializes in working with diverse populations. She developed "The Unbound Spirit" which serves the visual arts needs of adults and children with developmental disabilities, children with orthopedic handicaps and female ex-offenders. Since 2001, she has been teaching "Let's Be Creative" in the PTA Enrichment Programs. When Ms. Kramer is not painting and teaching, she is enjoying her grandchildren and dancing.
