Young Artists Ballet (YAB)

YAB is based on the internationally recognized methodology of the Royal Academy of Dance. The Academy’s syllabi have been devised with great care to enable a child to progress through their dance training in planned stages to insure safety of physical development and well-being. Teachers adhere to the carefully structured syllabi and continue to train through the Academy’s professional development courses throughout their teaching careers. All Young Artists Ballet classes are taught by Ms. Becci Kimm, who has achieved lifetime membership to the Royal Academy of Ballet.

Students should register for the same level that they completed this year.  If a student took YAB Level 1 this year (September 2018-June 2019) then they should register for the Level 1 class this summer.  These summer intensives will help students maintain the skills they learned this past year and prepare them for the next level of ballet in the fall.
