Application Information

Scholarship Applications will be viewed, assessed, and awarded on a rolling basis once received. Only completed applications will be assessed.  If an application is incomplete, our Director of Education and Special Events will contact the applicant or applicant’s parent/guardian.

If you are applying for a Conservatory Scholarship, you must apply prior to the Fall Deadline since all Conservatory classes last a fall academic year September-June.

Once a scholarship is awarded, that scholarship cannot be used for a different student or sibling in the same family.  A new scholarship application must be filled out and submitted prior to the deadline if the original student is no longer using the scholarship.

No scholarships will be accepted after the deadline for that session has passed.

Payment Information

Once a scholarship has been awarded, that person has 2 weeks to accept and pay the remaining balance of the class.  Any scholarships that are not accepted within that two-week period will be forfeit and the funds will be awarded to another applicant.

The remaining balance of a class after a scholarship is given can be paid either in full using a credit card, cask, check or money order, or on one of our 3 available payment plans.  Payment plans can only be paid for using a credit or debit card.  Cash, checks and money orders will not be accepted as payment for a payment plan.

The awarded scholarship must be used for the class listed on the scholarship application.  Scholarship awards are non-transferable.
