SPIN-IN: Learn to Spin Sessions
Don’t know how to spin, but want to learn? Are you an experienced spinner who would like to share your skills and enthusiasm? Drop in on December 17 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at BlackRock Center for the Arts, for a SPIN-IN where you can learn to spin, make yarns, and add them to the collaborative installation to be displayed in the upcoming exhibit “TWIST: The Art of Spinning by Hand.” All ages and ability levels are welcome to participate in these free spinning sessions offered both before and during the exhibition (the “TWIST” exhibit will be on view November 5 – December 17 in The Kay Gallery at BlackRock). Please join us for a fun community experience. Free.
