BlackRock Center for the Arts believes everyone should have access to and the ability to enjoy a quality arts education. We understand that, for any number of reasons, opportunity does not present itself equally to all residents of the region. A key component of the center's commitment to education is its scholarship program. Our scholarship program provides a diverse cross-section of the community access to a quality arts education experience.
