If you purchase a year-long Conservatory class and a Seasonal (only Fall, Winter Spring or Summer) class/camp at the same time, the selected payment plan will only apply to the Conservatory class. Your Seasonal class must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Declined Payments: If a credit card is declined, families have 10 days to supply BlackRock with their payment and must provide a new valid credit card.  Failure to pay a scheduled payment after the 10-day grace period will result in withdrawal of that student from the class.

Transfers, Refunds, and Withdrawals:

Requests to transfer between classes must be made in writing using the ‘transfers, refunds and withdrawals’ form on our website or fill it out at our front desk. Please email downloaded and filled out forms to classes@blackrockcenter.org. Requests for refunds and withdrawals may be made by calling the education department at 301.528.2260 or by emailing classes@blackrockcenter.org. A credit is not convertible to a refund at any time. Credits are good for one calendar year from the date the credit is issued. See the table below to see if you qualify for a refund. Refunds may take six to eight weeks for processing.
