Ticket Exchanges and Lost Tickets

Subscribers are entitled to 2 (two) ticket exchanges at no cost; subsequent exchanges will incur a $5 service fee per exchange. Please call the box office 24 hours in advance of the performance date and we will exchange your tickets for another show during the 2010-11 season only based on availability and subject to ticket price differential, if applicable. If you lose your tickets, please call the box office. We will reprint them and have them waiting for you at the “will call” window on the day of the performance.

Weather Considerations

Though BlackRock Center for the Arts makes every effort to present scheduled performances, hazardous weather conditions may derail artist travel plans, resulting in a canceled event. When in doubt, call the box office or check our website.

Accessibility

BlackRock Center for the Arts is committed to making its facilities accessible to all our patrons. Our theatres are easily accessible to persons with mobility impairment; designated parking spaces are available in our parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. We also provide infrared assistive listening devices at performances in the mainstage and studio theaters. Headsets may be used with or without a hearing aid and are distributed free of charge, subject to availability. We strongly recommend calling the box office before the day of performance so we may be prepared to accommodate any special needs.

What People Are Saying
